How Booking Works
1. You send an enquiry
2. We confirm availability and pricing
3. A €450 deposit secures your place
4. The balance is due 45 days before arrival
That’s it. No complicated systems. No impersonal booking engines. Just clear communication and a straightforward process.
Small Groups, Considered Pace
Groups are intentionally small – typically six active cooks, occasionally up to eight guests including partners who prefer to observe rather than cook.
Because of this, spaces tend to fill quietly rather than loudly.
If you are considering joining us, it’s worth getting in touch sooner rather than later.
Private & Exclusive Weeks
We also offer private courses for individuals, couples or small groups (1–4 guests) who prefer exclusive use and more intensive tuition.

Travel & Practicalities
The programme fee includes accommodation, all meals, market visits, excursions and tuition.
It does not include travel to France or transport to Loire Kitchen (we can help arrange transfers if needed).
